YOGI ARUN
From the age of eight to twenty, Yogi Arun was trained intensively on all aspects of Agni Yoga, including physical exercises, breath control and concentration. He also followed a four-year practical course in the Himalayas on massage techniques derived from Ayurveda. He then taught and practiced this massage in the USA, India and France. He has worked extensively with physical injuries and muscle problems. Yogi Arun continues his search into the natural healing arts with various masters in the Himalayas. He maintains his private ashram in Rishikesh and makes regular visits to his cave in the village of Gangotri (3500m above sea level), source of the Ganges. Every year he takes a group of students on a retreat to this region of the Himalayas.

JOELLE Joelle has been practicing Agni Yoga since 1995. She was trained in India by her husband, Yogi Arun. Arun and Joelle then decided to come to France and founded the Paris Yoga center in 2003. She also became a certified Pilates instructor through Power Pilates, NY in 2008. She has found Yoga to be an effective method for one's inner search. |

MYRTO
Myrto completed her Agni Yoga and Ayurvedic Massage professional trainings at Paris Yoga where she has been teaching since March 2003. In July 2009, she obtained her diploma in Clinical Psychology from the Paris 7 Denis Diderot University. She is currently enrolled there in the Master Recherche program in the field of Psychopathology and Psychoanalysis and aims to continue into the PhD program. Teaching and practicing Agni Yoga remain a daily pleasure to share with the other teachers and students of the centre. |

MIRENXU
Mirenxu was trained by Yogi Arun and teaches Yoga at Paris Yoga since 2007. She has also studied Vinyasa Yoga from the Krishnamacharya lineage for four years. This year she is starting an Iyengar Yoga teacher training. |

MAGDA
Magda has practiced Yoga for the last twelve years and had been teaching in Paris since 2007. She is certified in different yoga styles and registered with Yoga Alliance. Magda focuses on a Hatha yoga practice tailored to her students' physical and mental needs, thereby helping them to obtain the beneficial effects of the practice. The purpose of her teaching is to empower her students with yoga techniques that increase vital force and inner wisdom. |

MARIE
Marie discovered Agni Yoga at Paris Yoga in 2004 and has been practicing regularly since then. She worked several years as a lawyer in a famous international organization, and after the birth of her daughter, she decided to dedicate herself entirely to Yoga. Indeed, Yoga brings her energy, flexibility, balance and the wellbeing that she always searched for. So she decided to complete the Agni Yoga teacher training as taught by Yogi Arun at Paris Yoga. Marie has always practiced sports, classical dance, running, trecking, but Yoga is the discipline that she wants to transmit to the others. |

AMANDA
For twelve years Amanda Dates, E-RYT, has been experiencing and discovering the truly transformative power of yoga and its logical connection to her work in the sustainability movement. In 2004-05, after a year of concentrated study combined with her on-going study in Qi Gong and meditation she completed a Hatha Vinyasa teacher training through the Yoga Tree studios in San Francisco. Amanda teaches a dynamic vinyasa flow style of yoga, and with breath and movement encourages students to move beyond self-imposed limitations to access their limitless reserves of strength, creativity, and compassion. In addition, Amanda is trained in pre and post-natal yoga. She studied with Jane Austin in San Francisco, one of the top pre-natal yoga teachers in the United States. |

AUDREY
Audrey is a trained Pilates instructor since 2005. She learned the Pilates method from the reputable American school, Peak Pilates, well-known for its teaching and training. She is also a certified naturopath since 2001; her training covered nutrition, massages, phyto-aromatherapy. Audrey has also been dancing and teaching salsa for nearly nine years. Attentive to her students, her passion for her work and her thirst for knowledge motivate her to continue to train and become further specialised in the disciplines she teaches.

DANIELE
A Pilates instructor certified by Balanced Body University, trained at Martine Curtis's A-Lyne school, Daniele teaches Pilates mat work at Paris Yoga. A classically trained dancer, she made her career in numerous contemporary and jazz dance companies. State-certified dance teacher, as well as choreographer, Daniele developped her teaching towards coaching actors and singers. Convinced of the benefits of the Pilates method on her own body as well as her students', she has chosen to dedicate herself solely to teaching this technique. Her teaching is based on respect of the body according to Pilates principles (breathing, concentration, control, centering and fluidity). For her, class time should be a moment apart to focus on oneself, better feel one's body and find the energy and balance which bring mental and physical relaxation. |

ERIN
Erin Mohr is a Master Trainer of Pilates certified by The Physical Mind Institute in New York, the oldest official certification of Pilates in existence, and has taught Pilates for over a decade. Erin developed a passion for helping people regain their strength after surgery or injury when she worked in a hospital wellness center in the US. She has been a professional dancer for fifteen years and also teaches belly dance to help women get in touch with their bodies. |

DIANA
Diana was born in Vancouver Canada, where she has been practicing Yoga since the age of 20. Parallel to her studies of anthropology in Australia, she was led to an introductory practice in Iyengar Yoga, as well as a curiosity to seek out Ayurveda. Once she returned to British Columbia, she practiced a variety of Yoga systems, where she completed her teacher training in Hatha and Classical Ashtanga from the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga in 2007. She continues to practice and teach Hatha Yoga at Paris Yoga as she deepens her understanding of Ayurveda and the healing arts, while working and studying in France. Diana enjoys the serenity of nature as well as the deep wisdom she finds in Yoga, as she continues to practice and reflect on a quest to blend ancient techniques with the refuge of nature, in efforts to cultivate balance and tranquility in today's changing world. |
