YOGI ARUN
From the age of eight to twenty, Yogi Arun was trained intensively on all aspects of Agni Yoga, including physical exercises, breath control and concentration. He was also followed a four-year practical course in the Himalayas on massage techniques derived from Ayurveda. He then taught and practiced this massage in the USA, India and France. He has worked extensively with physical injuries and muscle problems. Yogi Arun continues his search into the natural healing arts with various masters in the Himalayas. He maintains his private ashram in Rishikesh and makes regular visits to his cave in the village of Gangotri (3500m above sea level), source of the Ganges. Every year he takes a group of students on a retreat to this region of the Himalayas.

MYRTO HADJIGEORGIOU
Before starting PARIS YOGA with Yogi Arun, Myrto was a professional dancer. Her dance training facilitated the transition to the Agni Yoga technique. She completed a one-year teacher training course with Yogi Arun and is now well known for her graceful and precise approach to teaching. Myrto also studied Ayurvedic Massage with Yogi Arun and uses her deep understanding of physical movements in her massage practice. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology and plans to integrate her Yoga practice into her future profession.
